Invitations for submission of full papers will be sent to authors whose abstracts are accepted by the Conference’s Technical Subcommittee by February 26, 2016. The submitted papers will be reviewed prior to final acceptance for inclusion in the conference proceedings. At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference in order to upload a final paper and to be invited to make a presentation in the technical program.

Authors of accepted abstracts must submit their full paper by June 3, 2016, along with at least one full conference registration. Authors are expected to present their paper during the conference.

Full papers will be reviewed for clarity and technical merit.
