Education Committee

The primary purpose of the Education Committee is to facilitate and provide educational tools and resources to enhance professional development within the geohazard field.
Core Objectives:
  • Manage the webinar program and provide valuable educational content to AGHP Members and the broader geohazard community.
  • Collect member feedback on educational initiatives to guide future Association activities, including resource databases, field trips, workshops, and topic development.
  • Curate diverse educational content, including short-form materials, whitepapers, brochures, and short courses, to inform and engage members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess external programs that benefit geohazard professionals, and form partnerships with allied organizations to expand programming and resources for AGHP members.
