    • Brief author bio (2–3 sentences)
    • Affiliation and contact information
    • Any accompanying visuals (if applicable)

      Submission Guidelines

      • Length: 250–2,500 words (unless otherwise arranged)
      • Format: Word document, with images in separate high-res files (JPEG/PNG)
      • Citations: Use standard referencing where applicable

      • Submission Deadline: October 17, 2025
      • Contributor Notification: Late November 2025
      • Publication Release: December 2025
