SUMMARY:65th Highway Geology Symposium
DESCRIPTION:The 65th annual Highway Geology Symposium will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie\, Wyoming\, 7 – 10 July 2014. Laramie is nestled at the base of the Snowy Range Mountains\, and surrounded by peaks reaching 12\,000 feet in elevation. There will be a half day TRB session on “Geosynthetics in Roadway Design” on Monday\, July 7\, and a welcome reception that night. The Symposium will take place over the next three days with technical sessions on Tuesday and Thursday\, and the field trip and banquet on Wednesday. \nThe hotel has a group rate $83.00 plus tax a night for a standard room\, but be sure to make reservations before June 20th to receive the rate.
